I am an experienced counselor with an MA in Individual and Family Counseling (The University of Manchester, UK)
For the past 10 years, I've been helping people to think and act differently, so they can cope with depression or anxiety. I share my knowledge so you can have better relationships with your parents and partner. With my help, you can find your way to stop feeling guilty and to believe in yourself.
Over the past 3 years, I've also worked online and results are as effective as in-person meetings.
