An Alternative Perspective on Overcoming Barriers in Foreign Language Learning

Starts on September 26

Is this condition familiar to you?

The words "don't learn"

It's hard to remember new words. You repeat them over and over again, but it's like nothing sticks in your head.

It's hard to force yourself

It's hard to force yourself to do your homework. Just thinking about it makes your body feel heavy.

I understand everything, but I can’t say it.

You've already mastered a lot, but you just can't overcome the invisible barrier and force yourself to speak.

I just don't have time yet

It's hard to find time to take a course or start working with a tutor. You think you'll find it one day, but the days go by and you still don't have the time.

I don't like the language

You think language is ugly, illogical, and sounds harsh. And yet, you're doing just fine without it.

I'm embarrassed by my accent.

The accent is disconcerting, as if it will make people think less of you or your abilities.

Imagine if it could be different!

You will get to know your "blocks" and learn how to get around them so that studying becomes a pleasure.

Find out what's behind your "laziness" so that doubts no longer hold you back.

You will find your personal motivation for learning a language so that learning gets you going

Stop being shy, start talking and make new friends.

You'll get a tool that will change your thinking, and you'll enjoy yourself!

About the mini-course

This course was created as a tool for those who have already tried various language learning methods but haven't yet achieved the desired results. I propose looking at the problem from a different perspective—a psychological one.

The theoretical information in the course is based on the philosophy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The practical part includes a fundamental exercise that can be further built upon with new knowledge and skills.

6 video lessons

Personal feedback within 8 weeks

Access for 3 months from the start of the course

Chat with like-minded people from different countries

A well-designed workbook for easy assignment completion

Hi, I'm Lana Kudinova, a professional psychologist-consultant and "serial emigrant".

I created this course because I've lived in four different countries. From Minsk, through Moscow and Tel Aviv, I made my way to New York, where I'm now building my life.

I was born, raised, and received my first education in Minsk - “Psychologist, Psychology Teacher” at BSU, 2009.

When she moved to Moscow, she received a Master of Arts in Counseling, graduating from the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences jointly with the University of Manchester (UK), 2010.

Since 2014, I have been regularly improving my qualifications at the A. Beck Institute (Philadelphia, USA) in the specialization “Cognitive-behavioral therapy of depression and anxiety disorders.”

From personal and professional experience, I know the psychological challenges an immigrant can face along the way. One of them, of course, is language.

This course was created as a tool for those who have already tried different language learning options but have not yet achieved the desired result.

I suggest you look at the problem from a different angle - a psychological one.

Special price - $48 instead of $55

You won't just receive exercises or tools for solving a specific issue, but you'll also learn to see your situation from a different perspective. This will inevitably lead to a change in your attitude toward it, and as a result, your actions during the language learning process will also change.
