Hello and welcome!
My name is Lana Kudinova. Since childhood, I've had two dreams: to live in another country and to become a psychologist. Both of them came true, but the path to them was more difficult than I expected. However, my personal and professional experience are more beneficial to my clients.
On this website I talk about different areas of my work. I often do this through the lens of the psychology of moving to another country, as the adaptation process encompasses all of these themes. People experience this stage of life differently: some find it easy, while others need support. My goal is to show you that experiencing negative emotions during the adaptation process is normal, asking for help is also normal, and most importantly, you can change your life for the better right now .
